I’ve always been a dedicated professional in demanding international environments. By the age of 31, I had pushed myself too far and experienced burnout firsthand – an experience that changed how I approach work, life, and energy.
Today, with two children and years of learning and growth behind me, I’m fully back in the driver’s seat of my life. I’ve mastered how to harness my time and energy strategically, and I help other ambitious women leaders do the same – so they too can thrive without compromise.
All my experience took place in an international, intercultural environment.
