The program consists of seven weekly 50-minute sessions, scheduled to fit your calendar. During each session, you’ll gain practical tools and insights designed to help you reclaim time and energy, so you feel less overwhelmed and more in control. It may sound counterintuitive, but investing just 50 minutes a week will actually help you create more time and space in your life.

I bring over 17 years of experience in leadership, training, and coaching across corporate and educational environments, working with global teams and clients at companies like Unilever, Heineken, and P&G, as well as professionals in higher education.
