– All you want is to get your work done with a feeling of accomplishment and spend quality time with your kids without feeling exhausted and on edge. We will always start with a free online session of 30 minutes, in which I will already give you 2 tips that you can immediately implement in your daily life. It will give us the chance to meet and for you to see if you feel comfortable with my coaching style. If we are not the right match, you may decide not to start the program and no charges will be made.
The program consists of 7 weekly 50-minute sessions, which will be planned based on our calendars. In these sessions you will gain valuable tools and insights that will actually help you gain more time and energy, so you will feel less overwhelmed and less busy. I know it sounds contradictory, but you will actually gain time by allowing yourself to invest this 50 minutes per week.
