– The team is committed and doing well. Yet the consistently high pace of the job is taking its toll. There isn’t much time for breaks, everyone just plugs on. You know this isn’t a sustainable way to work, and you worry about the long-term wellbeing of the team.
– As management, you’re drowning in work yourselves. It’s hard enough for you to keep a healthy balance at work, so how are you supposed to guide your team in sustaining this healthy balance? Work is work, and it just needs to be done. Yet you see that your team could use some support in making sure they continue to feel and do well.
– You can feel the energy in the team isn’t quite where you would like it to be. People start being protective of their time, willingness to help each other out is decreasing, and the first signs of team members complaining about burnout symptoms have been shared with you.
– Your team would feel in control of their own energy again, so they can consistently feel happy and energized in doing the work, because they know how to manage their energy and when to take their breaks.
– You as management would have the tools in hand to hold space for your own time and energy. By extension, you would be able to support your team in doing the same, leading to an increased feeling of overall wellbeing in the team.
– The team feels optimistic and confident about managing their time and energy, leading them to feel ready to support each other as needed, and not measure every extra minute of work that is being asked of them. The team spirit would thrive, encouraging proactive and creative solutions as needed.
At the end of this training, you and your team will:
– Have full clarity on where your energy drains and gains are, so you can actively work on increasing your energy, for a sustainable balance at work.
– Have a clear understanding of how to spend your precious time and energy in the most effective and efficient way. You know exactly what to spend your time and energy on, and also, what NOT to spend your time and energy on.
– Have a new, improved mindset for how to deal with the hecticness of (work) life. In addition to some “plasters” to deal with the immediate symptoms of your fast-paced worklife, you also have a new approach to life in general: you are able to look after your own energy and wellbeing, regardless of what (work) life brings.
