During a 7-week online training program, called “Never (Again) in Burnout”, you will learn how to get back in control of your own time and energy, so you can feel confident that you can look after yourself, no matter what your fast-paced lifestyle brings you.
During two 2,5-hour sessions on location, you will learn what it takes to get back in control of your own time and energy, so you are able to actively manage your own work-life balance, and continue to feel happy in the workplace and beyond.
